Good property and listing photos will surely attract any buyerβs attention. Most buyers take their first step by looking at properties for sale online. The first impression is critical!
A good photoshoot will help your acreage listing stand out. It gives an excellent opportunity to showcase your property from the inside out to potential buyers.Β
Here are some important things to remember while photographing a rural property:
- Ensure the property has been tidied up (see previous blog post!), lawn and any paddocks and pastures mowed and trimmed
- Try to take photos of a during golden hours which are early morning or late evening
- Include pictures of horses, cattle, and other livestock to grab the attention of potential rural and hobby farm buyers
- Include at least one photo that shows the fencing of the farm
- Take a picture of the interior of the barn
- If the horse property has a nice pasture, make sure to include a photograph of it
Happy Selling!
